Usage and request handling data are processed to deliver the service. Retention policy details are defined per environment and plan and will be documented in full before general availability.
How do overages work?
On paid plans, overages are controlled by an overage toggle. It is OFF by default. OFF means hard cap at included usage; ON allows continued calls billed at your plan's overage rate.
Do annual plans get billed for overages monthly?
Yes. Even on annual subscriptions, overages are billed monthly to avoid year-end surprise charges.
